Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create KPI dashboards and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, repair, test, analysis or operations support experience preferred.
  • Basic electronics troubleshooting, repair process and failure analysis knowledge preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain CAR operational KPIs including repair effectiveness, analysis effectiveness, productivity, quality, cycle time, and training compliance.
  • Develop and distribute operational performance reports.
  • Partner with Supervisors to identify performance gaps and corrective actions.
  • Track technician performance and skill progression.
  • Coordinate training requirements with Training, Engineering, Quality and Operations teams.
  • Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain training matrices and certification compliance.
  • Support staffing, capacity planning and operational readiness reviews.
  • Participate in customer and internal audits
