About The Position

The Production Specialist will perform wafer fabrications in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment by following written specifications. The scheduled working hours for this position are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Operate standard wafer fabrication (fab) equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations. Accurately record and enter operational data into designated logs, forms, or digital systems. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. You may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
0 – 2 years’ experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment
Ability to work with close supervision and instruction
Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures
Highly motivated and ability to work well with coworkers
Ability to communicate well both written and verbal
Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
