Requirements

  • This position reports to work onsite - this is not a remote position.
  • Citizenship-Must be ITAR Compliant All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. We can not sponsor Visas.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer navigation skills required.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend spoken work instructions in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine production tasks in various areas on the production floor such as repetitive dimensional, electrical, or mechanical test and inspection procedures or visually checking piece parts, units, sub and/or final assemblies.
  • May also involve operating a selective solder or wave solder machines.
  • Run functional tests and log outcomes
  • Inspect incoming materials
  • May perform physical tests on materials
  • May reference blueprints, interpret dimensioning shown and review inspection results
  • Complete paperwork/documentation
  • Enter/extract data in computer
  • Performs printed circuit insertions and other manual assembly tasks
  • Prepares printed circuit boards, electronic components
  • Responsible for the proper use of simple machines and hand tools to accomplish tasks
  • Responsible for learning and conforming to industry standards for solder connections
  • Set up work stations and machines using all descriptive and instructional material related to the job assignment
  • Responsible for following instructions explicitly to complete the assigned operation.
  • Keep work area neat and organized.
  • Actively promote safety and accident prevention by continually observing all safety practices, rules and standards throughout each working day.
  • All other duties as assigned.
