About The Position
Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast-moving and consistent manner. This role involves performing all manual labor in the assigned area, keeping the area neat and clean, reading and using a tape measure, reading blueprints and orders, communicating well with coworkers, and using hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
Requirements
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Understand safety procedures
- Good teamwork skills

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired but not required.
