Our site in Chaska is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to join our operations team supporting our B10 shift employees. The Supervisor will be responsible and accountable for achieving departmental production requirements by focusing on safety first, quality, and cost, through supervision of staff and through the coordination of scheduling and workflow. This leader will be directly responsible for the end-to-end supervisor responsibilities of Machining, V&M, and InVue departments and manage approximately 30-35 hourly employees. This role is critical in ensuring staff training and providing guidance, motivation and ensuring work instructions are maintained and followed across their departments. This individual will build and maintain a culture where teamwork, innovation, and accountability are of the highest importance. They will also work closely with the Senior Production Supervisors and support team resources to ensure seamless communication across the production shifts. The team that this role will lead primarily operate and work on the B10 Shift, which is Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM. There will be an expectation that the incumbent flexes their hours and days worked Monday – Friday between 3 PM to 11 PM at minimum for a successful handoff to the next shift. Some days will vary depending on the need and support. This shift will help to accommodate site and shift coverage, critical leadership meetings, and other duties, as necessary. The hired individual will be a part of a multi-faceted team that supplies critical solutions to the ultra-high purity semiconductor market. Our technology enables the latest chip technology and its applications, including IoT, AI, machine learning and 5G. Demand for our products is rising rapidly and we are looking for someone who can help us ensure that our staff is being developed and trained in the best way possible.
