As a Production Supervisor – Filling, you will lead the filling department to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll oversee shift performance, ensuring production goals are met while driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and supporting on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, optimize processes, and play a key part in achieving overall plant success.

Requirements

High school diploma required
5 or more years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
Results-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with high-speed equipment and automated production systems preferred
bottle filling machinery a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise daily filling line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Manage and develop 2 Shift Leads and ~25 operators through coaching, feedback, and training
Monitor production metrics (output, yields, downtime) and drive improvements
Collaborate with on-site and off-site teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance
Enforce all safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma tools
Manage schedules and staffing to balance demand, efficiency, and cost
Partner with Supply Chain, QA, and HR to ensure smooth operations and communication
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and compliance documentation
Conduct daily production meetings and participate in plant leadership reviews
