Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and energize production teams to deliver peak performance and accountability
- Champion safety and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment
- Drive innovation through continuous improvement in product quality and processes
- Own operations by managing timecards and directing activities during downtime for maintenance and optimization
