Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and energize production teams to deliver peak performance and accountability
• Champion safety and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment
• Drive innovation through continuous improvement in product quality and processes
• Own operations by managing timecards and directing activities during downtime for maintenance and optimization
