The Production Shift Manager is primarily responsible for all production activities across all areas on one shift and should possess the knowledge and ability to oversee all aspects of plant operations. You'll provide direction and support to supervisors and leaders on the production floor to ensure operational excellence. You'll be responsible for achieving company objectives related to service, quality, cost, safety, and people. This includes the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs related to SQF, HACCP, product traceability, supplier certification, and quality and safety standards for ingredients, work-in-process (WIP), and finished products. You will also oversee programs that measure process control, adherence to specifications, and environmental control standards.
