Requirements

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work with multiple systems and create tools using Excel or Access
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of materials through production schedules
• May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry)

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area

Responsibilities

• Draw up the master schedule to establish the sequence and lead time of each operation
• Translate orders into a sequential work schedule
• Plan and schedule workflow for press and operations
• Confer with production and order entry staff to determine order status
• Work closely with Sales and Client Care to meet customer delivery requirements
• Expedite orders as needed to meet unforeseen conditions
• Assess schedule performance and advise the team on status and preventive or corrective actions
• Prepare reports as needed
