To support our fast-paced, regulated manufacturing operations, we are seeking a detail-driven Production Scheduler who thrives on turning complex workflows into efficient, on-time production. Your Role You will plan, maintain, and continuously optimize production schedules across offset printing, flexographic printing, and finishing operations to ensure smooth workflows and minimal downtime You will use scheduling software and ERP systems to coordinate resources, manage production flow, and maintain full visibility of job progress You will work closely with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to align material availability with machine capacity and customer demand You are committed to proactively monitoring work-in-progress, identifying bottlenecks early, and adjusting schedules to keep production on track You will ensure all planning and scheduling decisions meet FDA regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements You will confidently manage shifting priorities, including rush orders, schedule changes, and planned maintenance, while maintaining operational efficiency You will communicate production priorities and schedule updates clearly and in real time to all relevant stakeholders You are driven to analyze performance data and scheduling trends to continuously improve turnaround times and overall operational efficiency Your Profile You have hands-on experience working with production scheduling software and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment You have prior experience in production scheduling within printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations, ideally with offset and/or flexographic printing You bring a solid understanding of offset presses, flexo presses, and finishing equipment and how they impact production flow You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy optimizing schedules and resolving production conflicts You communicate clearly and effectively and are highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once You are familiar with FDA-regulated manufacturing environments and quality control standards, or are motivated to quickly build this expertise You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt easily to changing priorities and production demands Our Offer Join a dedicated team of passionate colleagues who enjoy taking ownership and making things happen. Requirements

  • hands-on experience working with production scheduling software and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • prior experience in production scheduling within printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations, ideally with offset and/or flexographic printing
  • solid understanding of offset presses, flexo presses, and finishing equipment and how they impact production flow
