Job Description: We are looking for a Production Scheduler to be the main liaison between Sales and Operations to plan, organize and facilitate ideal shop loading for 3rd party repair. This role will support 3rd party repair scheduling. This will be done by coordinating with the Transco operating Team and Procor scheduling teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of scheduling or logistics experience
  • Proven experience with building strong customer service relationships both internal and external
  • Experience collecting data from numerous sources, organizing and maintaining accurate records and files, and generating concise reports.
  • Able to pass drug screen, physical.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Repair Facilities and 3rd party Customer Service Representatives to maximize use of facilities for high value repairs and ensure consistent flow of work.
  • Document and implement SOPs on 3rd Party Scheduling processes.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute shop loading document/dashboard from enroute, car arrival, and shipping.
  • Coordinate the 3rd Party Scheduling meeting process to facilitate ideal shop loading to maximize shop flow.
  • Understand and ensure that work is scheduled to optimize shop mix and overall product flow.
  • Ensure that work progresses through shops as scheduled.
  • Work with Sales to coordinate 3rd party work into facilities and increase overall Repair Business Unit revenue through chargeable work where appropriate.
