Requirements

  • Proficient reading and comprehension skills
  • Strong basic math and numerical accuracy skills
  • Computer proficiency, including creating spreadsheets
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
  • Demonstrated capability to perform all line service jobs
  • Achieve a score of 80% or greater on forklift training and hands on training within 2 weeks.
  • Achieve a score of 82% or greater on LOTO
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a daily paint line production schedule that includes all orders slated for completion.
  • Create hoshin and assembly schedule within 2 weeks of training.
  • Create daily schedule in average of 30 minutes once trained.
  • Pull an average of 190 shutters an hour.
  • Make barcodes for product at 800 an hour.
  • Pull approximately 800 cartons an hour for product
  • Fill all carton stores as needed.
  • Remove rejects of shutters and variegated from lines.
  • Report out daily on the rejects within a 2 week period.
  • Maintain housekeeping to appropriate 5s standards
  • Perform all duties in a manner that ensures the safety of him/herself and co-workers following all safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to perform the duties of the Booth Cleaner as backup.
  • Ability to place paint in correct locations as backup.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
