The Production Scheduler is responsible for coordinating production schedules, allocating inventory to customer orders, monitoring production progress, and ensuring products meet customer specifications as well as quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, USDA/DFA, Quality, Sales, and Logistics to support efficient operations and timely order fulfillment. The Production Scheduler ensures compliance with food safety standards, shelf-life requirements, labeling regulations, and inventory management procedures while supporting production planning, workflow coordination, inventory control, and customer service. The position also maintains adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, Allergen Control, and company food safety programs to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
