Job Summary： Responsible for establishing, reviewing and maintaining the production schedule and related business tools, in alignment with the Master Production Schedule. We Strive as a team to exceed our customer (internal and external) expectations by providing excellent communication.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business or related field preferred.
• High School diploma and minimum of 1 year Supply Chain experience required.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning and production scheduling.
• Must understand basic principles for business and finance, must be customer driven and quality minded in performing all assigned duties.
• Previous experience with production scheduling programs or related supply chain programs.
• Working knowledge with ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel skillset to include pivot tables, lookup functions and charting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, production planning process, warehousing and inventory control.
• Must be able to make complex decisions with limited time and information.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines, strong interpersonal skills and independent problem resolution.
• Adaptable-Adjusts to changing demands, priorities, and objectives.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with leading discussion and debate within peer group.
• Must be able to function in a team environment and independently.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to supply chain and finance standard practices, work from oral or written supply chain and finance procedures.
• Maintain competency level of computer applications through company provided training and materials.
• Patricipate and support Opex projects, adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Plans delivery timetables and communicates to customers.
• Ensure inventory is in place for fulfilling orders.
• Adjust production schedules based off backlogs, labor or material shortages, perform analysis or problem solving, manage new incoming orders and associated change orders.
• Some overtime may be required, other administrative or technical duties as required.
