About The Position

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our boat manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

1-3+ years of experience with production scheduling and planning
Ample experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel required
Experience with AS400 / OBMS systems required
Ability to think and react quickly and remain flexible a must
Strong capability for logical and analytical thinking a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedule as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with Shop Floor, Profound, and other MES systems a plus
Experience with financial systems a plus
Experience in boat manufacturing or complex platform manufacturing (aerospace) a plus

Responsibilities

Enter & maintain lamination starts in OBMS, per the production projection
Maintain line rates & spray sequence based on mold rotation & availability.
Review sales orders for accuracy, option compatibility, and special instructions
Create weekly production schedule for all applicable departments
Create & distribute Hard Copies & HIN Plates
Load & sequence Shop Floor starts
Process order change requests, follow order change approval process, and update hard copies accordingly
Maintain ATS dates in OBMS
Maintain Process Days in OBMS
Create & maintain monthly Available to Ship list
Verifies daily production
Perform weekly WIP audit & report
Perform other duties, as required
