This role is responsible for production scheduling to meet demand needs, applying logic and improving processes in line with growth. The available shift is 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 - 2 years’ experience in production scheduling or related field.
• Must be proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for safety and other purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in SAP and MasterControl.
• Great attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of various manufacturing efficiencies and constraints.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to work toward and meet specified deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision in identifying tasks that need to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the daily production schedule for production lines and multiple shifts expanding as necessary.
• Weigh capacity, supply, and logic to determine the most efficient production schedule.
• Monitor output and delivery issues, instigate corrective actions and deviations as necessary.
• Provide continual improvement of the scheduling and reporting processes.
• Assist as a liaison between operations, manufacturing, and international to support new product launches.
• Will be assigned additional tasks to assist with batch record creation, inventory, and continual improvement projects.
