About The Position

This role involves reviewing each product to determine the required material needed to perform the job, ensuring proper tools and materials are available to repair the product to an insurance quality standard. The primary tasks include grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing auto lights lenses to meet insurance quality standards, while adhering to quality control and safety standards. The position also requires working with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair and complying with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with a focus on injury prevention.

Requirements

Warehouse experience of 1 year or more in manufacturing or factory environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work.
High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment.
Must be able to concentrate for long periods of time while standing.
Physical ability to access all areas of the facility, withstand various activities such as frequent walking, standing, bending, and maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Grinding and polishing repair work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
