About The Position

The iLUKA Collective is seeking an experienced and proactive Production Runner to support our global Production/Build Team in bringing client spaces to life. We are building something really exciting for the World Cup this summer, and are looking for someone who has excelled in a similar role - you will have technical understanding required and will know New York well and be able to identify suppliers for key kit at short notice.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a production runner or junior production manager role on large-scale live events or experiential builds
• Technical understanding required
• Know New York well
• Able to identify suppliers for key kit at short notice

Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Team to support in the onsite build and delivery of hospitality spaces
• Support in all elements of Overlay project delivery, including space, brand overlay, entertainment and F&B, production, build / fit-out planning and decommissioning including communicating with local vendors and suppliers.
• Assist with the preparation of all final project documents
• Source furniture, fittings and equipment and manage the delivery of supplies
• Support in arranging all trucking and logistics into and out of the venues
