About The Position

Ocean Spray is hiring Entry‑Level Production Resources Technicians for night shift at our Tomah Production Plant. This is a full‑time, year‑round position on a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.), which means you get Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week. You’ll work indoors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment making Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) with a team that values growth and stability. Production Resource, our entry level position, may be scheduled to work in any location in the plant based on qualifications and responsibilities change daily as staffing needs vary. This position will also require the personnel to be flexible and able to embrace schedule changes as manufacturing needs change often.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP’s and Operating guidelines and rules.
• Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour shift and assist on other shifts as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
