Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Willingness to work overtime and alternative shifts if business needs require

Nice To Haves

2+ years of manufacturing, production, batch processing, or related experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with mixing or processing equipment preferred
Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, process, and monitor production batches according to established procedures and specifications.
Read and interpret batch sheets, work instructions, and process documentation.
Fill, package, and repackage finished products.
Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment.
Verify equipment calibration prior to production use.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify potential process concerns.
Ensure raw materials and supplies are available to support uninterrupted production.
Communicate production status, progress, and material needs to supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including a full-face respirator during portions of certain production processes.
