About The Position

As a Production Process Control Engineer, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. The role: As a Production Process Control Engineer you will help drive our goals by: Setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during assigned shifts. Optimizing process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimize rejects and limit downtime. Ensuring products consistently meet customer and quality specifications through effective process control. Supporting the introduction of new technologies by developing procedures and training colleagues. Collecting and reporting operational, safety and process data including shift summaries and incident reports. Championing health, safety and environmental compliance in line with JM Life Saving Policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to train, coach and collaborate effectively within shift-based teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
