About The Position

We are hiring Production Press Helpers / Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility. This position supports press operations, equipment cleaning, and production workflow to ensure high-quality output and efficient manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of long-term placement for the right candidate. If you have manufacturing experience, forklift experience, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

Forklift operation experience required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
Must speak, read, and understand English clearly and use it for computer-based communication and reporting
Steel-toe shoes required
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Set up, operate, and maintain plate washer equipment.
Clean and maintain anilox rolls and anilox cleaning equipment.
Properly store print cylinders, sleeves, and plates after cleaning.
Maintain production efficiency and quality standards during equipment operation.
Complete quality inspections and production documentation.
Assist press operators and press crews during job changeovers.
Stage and clear F&K/Bobst carts to support production workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Communicate with team members and departments to improve production quality and performance.
Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
