About The Position

Nippon Electric Glass (NEG) is a leading global manufacturer of specialty glass products, including glass fiber. The NEG-US Glass Fiber division, which includes operations in North Carolina, manufactures a range of glass fiber products used in various applications such as transportation, wind energy, and construction. NEG-US is currently seeking full-time Production employees for its fiber glass manufacturing facility in Shelby, NC. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment within a successful global manufacturing company. The production operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on / 4 off). Entry-level positions involve direct contact with fiberglass material and require physical movement. NEG-US is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Successfully pass an interview process, drug & background screens, and a complete physical

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED or CRC Certification is preferred
• Previous industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred
