About The Position

OSG (Output Services Group Inc) has open production positions in Tempe AZ! We are looking for skilled Insert Mail Machine Operators and Print Operators for multiple shifts. These roles involve operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality output, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to multi-task and operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Interpret and follow job tickets accurately
Understand basic postal concepts and requirements
Properly load and unload stock for each job
Consistently demonstrate safe lifting techniques for materials
Meet or exceed production quotas while accurately sorting products by first and third class
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
Operate and monitor production print equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality output in support of print and mail services
Work in a fast-paced environment understand general USPS mailing requirements, automated inserting systems, and internal data processing teams
Ensure proper job setup, performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, and output integrity from print to finishing stages
