About The Position

TTM Technologies is hiring Production-Plating Operators to manufacture printed circuit boards. Operators set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters, meet output targets, and follow detailed production, safety, and quality requirements. The role requires reading blueprints, customer standards, shop-control documents, and English instructions to produce precisely designed products. Operators follow dispatch requirements while accommodating schedule changes for hot orders and customer needs, and work closely with teammates in a customer-focused, urgent, and exacting production environment. The position requires graveyard hours and the ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds without straining. The role also requires compliance with TTM’s export-control policies and applicable laws, including identifying ITAR products and understanding restrictions on access to those products and related technical data, recognizing foreign visitors, following facility visitor authorization procedures, understanding export requirements for shipments, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services. TTM describes a supportive workplace and offers an Operator Advancement Program through which operators and assemblers can certify skills and pursue career advancement. The role may be eligible for a 90-day evaluation with a pay increase if key performance indicators are met; this eligibility is stated for O1 and select A1 levels only.
