About The Position

The Production Platform Administrator will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining workflows, action groups, templates, and document mappings in ResWare and other title production platforms. This role requires a complete understanding of platform architecture and interdependencies. The administrator will assess complex configuration requests, devise solutions, and execute system testing and upgrade validation. They will also manage user provisioning, investigate and resolve access issues, and handle support tickets from intake through resolution, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and meeting SLAs. Additionally, the role involves building, updating, and maintaining operational and business reports, completing ad hoc data requests, and investigating reporting issues. Collaboration with business partners to gather and clarify requirements, advising stakeholders on platform capabilities, and building relationships with internal and external partners are key aspects of this position. The administrator will also maintain accurate documentation for platform configuration, reporting logic, and operational processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This is a full-time exempt position operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote environment, with occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering ResWare or a comparable title and escrow platform
  • Complete, working knowledge of ResWare configuration including workflows, action groups, templates, document mappings, user access, and role rights
  • Demonstrated ability to independently assess complex, non-standard platform issues and devise solutions with limited precedent or guidance
  • Proven track record delivering accurate, high-quality reports from ResWare or related systems, including SSRS
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with structured data across reporting environments
  • Ability to evaluate multiple approaches, adapt existing solutions, and apply judgment to select the right course of action
  • Experience advising non-technical and operational stakeholders on platform capabilities and options
  • Sophisticated analytical thinking with a high bar for data quality, validation, and accuracy before delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests in a ticket-driven environment without losing accuracy or SLA compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a consistent ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain workflows, action groups, templates, and document mappings in ResWare and other title production platforms, with complete understanding of platform architecture and interdependencies.
  • Assess unusual or complex configuration requests, evaluate available options, and devise solutions independently - adapting existing approaches when standard precedent does not apply.
  • Execute system testing, upgrade validation, and post-change review; identify edge cases and recommend improvements based on observed outcomes.
  • Apply sophisticated analytical and troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve platform issues; suggest variations in approach when standard methods fall short.
  • Administer all user provisioning activities including profile creation, enablement, deactivation, role rights changes, and license coordination.
  • Independently investigate and resolve complex access issues, applying judgment to identify root cause and select the right course of action.
  • Manage assigned support tickets from intake through resolution, maintaining clear stakeholder communication and meeting defined SLAs.
  • Apply evaluation and judgment to identify patterns across recurring issues and recommend configuration or process adjustments to reduce future volume.
  • Escalate to vendor, engineering, or platform owner support when warranted; route issues with full context and relevant findings.
  • Build, update, and maintain operational and business reports for title production workflows across ResWare and related reporting tools, including SSRS.
  • Complete ad hoc and recurring data requests with a consistently high standard of accuracy and validation before delivery.
  • Independently investigate and resolve reporting issues, applying judgment to identify root cause and select the appropriate corrective approach.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting structure, logic, or delivery based on analysis of recurring patterns and stakeholder needs.
  • Gather and clarify requirements with business partners, using judgment to evaluate whether requests address the underlying business need.
  • Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and options, adapting communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build working relationships with senior internal and external partners who may be unfamiliar with the subject matter; communicate findings and recommendations clearly, including on difficult or complex matters.
  • Maintain accurate, complete documentation for platform configuration, reporting logic, and repeatable operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation and processes within assigned scope and implement those improvements.
  • Follow and uphold OS National standards for quality, documentation, and communication across all assigned work.
