About The Position

Production Planning Support Coordinator At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. In this key role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to leaders across our Cold Spring, MN complex. Serving as a central coordination point for multiple departments, you'll help organize information, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings and events, and support day-to-day plant operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; specialized vocational training, college coursework, or an associate degree in a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Administrative, operations support, production planning, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes and modern office procedures is beneficial.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple managers throughout the facility.
  • Compile, analyze, and organize information for reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
  • Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of operational records, statistics, and reports.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other business activities.
  • Coordinate customer visits, plant events, and related logistics.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members, leadership, customers, and business partners.
  • Promote compliance with company policies related to safety, food safety, quality, and employee conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations and business objectives.
