Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Equivalent
• Min Experience of 1 year in planning coordination
• Good oral and written communication in French and English
• SAP and CAD systems
• Experience in inventory
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools
• Analytical mindset
• Sense of self-assessment and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans based on customer forecasts, ensuring efficient schedule leveling and on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate production, inventory, and shipping activities to maintain optimal stock levels while meeting customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze customer demand, order fluctuations, and production capacity; identify risks and recommend solutions to management.
• Collaborate with Service Centres and cross-functional teams to manage forecast changes, urgent orders, inventory accuracy, and delivery adjustments.
• Control inventory performance by minimizing excess and obsolete stock through effective planning, rework coordination, and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain production planning data and SAP system accuracy, including MPS updates, work order management, reporting, and documentation of premium cost claims.
