About The Position

Emmerson Packaging is a third-generation, family-owned company and an industry leader in flexible packaging solutions. We are growing our production planning team and looking for an experienced, driven planner who’s ready to take ownership, solve real problems, and make a visible impact on how we run. As a Production Planning Analyst, you own the production schedule and the master data that keep our flexible packaging operation moving. You’re the link between sales, operations, and supply chain — turning customer commitments into realistic, optimized plans, digging into the data behind capacity and inventory, and solving the day-to-day challenges that stand between a job order and on-time delivery. You’ll maintain the master data our entire operation relies on, lead the planning conversations that keep everyone aligned, and continually look for ways to do things better. This is a role for a confident, outgoing problem-solver who wants their decisions to count.
