Requirements

  • Recent or Upcoming completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Comfortable digging into data to identify trends, root causes, and practical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with ability to translate complex data into clear stakeholder updates.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Collaborative mindset and service-oriented approach toward internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to data integrity and process follow-through.
  • US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity to meet delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to align priorities and communicate lead-time expectations.
  • Audit material availability for scheduled jobs, coordinate kitting activities, and notify Purchasing of shortages.
  • Partner with Buyers to expedite supplier pull-ins and resolve past-due parts that threaten the schedule.
  • Maintain ERP accuracy for dates, quantities, and statuses to ensure a single source of truth for operations.
  • Monitor capacity models and escalate in-window impediments to functional owners for rapid resolution.
