About The Position

The Production Planner will work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Materials, and Service stakeholders in this high visibility role. This position directly supports the creation and fluidity of the plant build schedule and provides valuable input to the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production control environment.
• Possess strong Excel and data management skills.
• Have a sound knowledge of SAP.
• 2 years of forecasting experience.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred in supply chain management, or other related degree.
• 2 years’ experience supporting international logistics.
• 1-2 years’ experience supervising floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure launch is controlled accurately inline with key component availability.
• Actively contribute to the development and support of material planning processes and benchmark against best practices and review ways to make continuous improvements.
• Reduce and maintain POF misses.
• Ensure appropriate processes and systems are implemented to effectively manage routine.
