About The Position

The Production Planner (Component Planning) will execute short-term scheduling and component flow planning from other sites to support delivery of plans for the LVA factory. The role applies planning expertise to translate supply-chain dependencies and planning principles into effective execution, balancing service, feasibility, and cost across priorities and departmental initiatives. The planner uses data and analytical insights to support planning and decision-making, collaborates with supply-chain experts, production teams, technical engineers, and colleagues across global sites, and supports other planners and component planning teams. Success involves becoming a confident planning professional who can manage workflows with minimal support, contribute to the wider planning team, and provide strong support to colleagues at other sites. The role also offers opportunities to strengthen storytelling and digital capabilities.

Requirements

• A strong track record of delivery in production planning or a similar role.
• Deep planning expertise and a solid understanding of supply-chain dependencies and planning principles.
• SAP technical knowledge.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Analytical and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Digital competency.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
