In this role, you will manage and optimize production and supply chain schedules. This role is critical in ensuring efficient resource utilization, meeting delivery timelines, and driving operational excellence across cross -functional teams.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in:
- Production scheduling
- Supply chain planning
- Manufacturing operations
- Strong problem -solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and cross -functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices in planning and scheduling
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production and supply chain schedules
- Ensure resource availability (materials, labor, equipment) aligns with production needs
- Monitor project and production progress; identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams
- Analyze scheduling data to improve efficiency, throughput, and productivity
- Adjust schedules dynamically based on demand changes, constraints, or delays
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes
