Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years working in manufacturing, procurement, or customer service
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or production planning experience preferred
• Understanding of KPIs, inventory accuracy, and planning metrics preferred
• Experience working with SAP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Production order management and daily execution on the shop floor
• Create, document, and improve processes to support operational efficiency
• Generate, analyze, and present reports to support business decisions and operational performance
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
