About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Sr. Production Planner. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electronic components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in general computer skills (MS Office Suite Software)

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
  • Hands on experience with solder, wiring, bonding, and other electronics assembly processes.
  • Familiarity of industry standards for electronic assembly requirements such as the IPC J-STD-001.
  • Familiarity with SAP/VE-CAMS (Qnotes, Fabrication Plans, BOMs).
  • Experience with rate manufacturing
  • Experience with Lean or SixSigma concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to build effective working relationships with others to accomplish complex team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Able to write comprehensive manufacturing work instructions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise in manufacturing
