Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor Production logistics/supply chain/manufacturing
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Able to communicate and work together with all levels of people & with good communication skills
  • Possess good analytical skills to perform deviation management
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or may formally train junior staff
  • Works independently
  • May represent the level at which a career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
  • Relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years) Total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways 6+ years of relevant working experience
  • Has in-depth knowledge of own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with Oracle, Tableau, and SQL will be added advantages

Responsibilities

  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure right wafers with right quantity are started and delivered to right destination
  • Act as main interface to customers for supply and demand
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; including tracking and forecasting
  • Review production performance and logistics area periodically, generate ideas to make the collaboration more efficient and robust
  • Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement on delivery commitment for urgent parts
