About The Position

The Production Planner Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes at Pelsis. This position develops, coordinates, and maintains production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity. It works closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize resource allocation, minimize downtime, and ensure timely product delivery. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication support operational efficiency and high-quality standards. The role contributes to supply-chain success by helping ensure production targets are met cost-effectively and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment preferred.
