About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
