About The Position

Plan and prepare production schedule and coordinate flow between departments for Manufacturing area. Write work instructions based on approved drawings for the fabrication and electrical departments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in using various computer programs to create and maintain records digitally, including MS Office Suite, Foxit Phantom, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
Attend Job Planning meetings to review capacity and planning issues of new jobs.
Ensure jobs meet budget and shipment criteria.
Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation, according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Expedite operations which delay schedules and alter workflow to meet unforeseen conditions.
Work with Project Managers to accurately estimate remaining manufacturing hours and materials for monthly reviews.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Celtech Inc. International Standards Organization (ISO9000) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
Be familiar with and understand Celtech Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required ISO9000 specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Celtech Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in ISO9000 training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
