Be part of our dynamic manufacturing team where you'll drive excellence in production processes! We're looking for a Production Planner Assistant who is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement to join our innovative manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and production methods
- Problem-solving mindset with experience in process improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train others
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- SAP experience (Materials modules)
- Inventory Control & Material Handling
- Component Identification & Quality Checking
- Root Cause Problem Solving
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Visual Controls
- Inventory management, Cycle Counting and Kitting
- Ensuring accurate material flow and providing updates within the ERP system
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Coupa ideal
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate manufacturing processes through effective team collaboration and resource optimization
- Execute and deliver standardized work training to ensure operational excellence and quality standards
- Manage short interval processes at line level while identifying and escalating improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and problem-solving
- Monitor production schedules and implement necessary adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency
- Assembly and Wiring of products on the plant floor (25% of the role)
- Create Purchase Orders using Coupa
