About The Position
Deco Products, founded in 1960, is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. We manufacture components used in office furniture, windows and doors, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC systems, and many other industries. This is an entry-level manufacturing position with a full-time schedule, offering a 4-day work week from 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Hang parts on the powder coating line
- Remove finished parts after coating
- Package products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
