Since 1976, TekniPlex Healthcare, located in Clayton, NC, has been producing medical tubing for a wide range of medical device applications including IV therapy, respiratory, dialysis, anesthesia, diagnostic and surgical equipment. We are actively recruiting for individuals who have a passion for producing a quality product that saves thousands of lives every day. 3 rd Shift Production Packer Note: This is not a Warehouse position. Sunday – Thursday 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. plus overtime as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years packaging experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate computer skills a must.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continuous basis.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.

Responsibilities

Responsible for packaging finished products manually in a fast-paced environment.
Perform basic quality checks including package counts, appearance, labeling, etc.
Folds and tapes boxes, applies labels and stacks boxes on pallets according to customer specification.
Enters data and prints computer generated labels.
Transfers finished product to staging area via pallet jack, electric jack, and/or forklift.
Prepares supplies for next order (boxes, pallets, labels, etc.).
