About The Position
We are hiring Production Packers to help with packing, quality checks, and general production work in a busy manufacturing plant in Oroville. This is a hands-on job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work long shifts.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Able to work 12-hours shifts
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, bend, stoop during full shift
- Able to pass drug and background check
Responsibilities
- Check products for correct size, clean print, and strong seals
- Pack items into boxes and stack pallets neatly
- Make and label boxes
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Report any problems or unsafe conditions right away
- Communicate with machine operators and supervisors
- Do simple machine adjustments if needed
- Fill out paperwork correctly
- Help the team meet daily goals
