About The Position
MBRP Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer & distributor of performance exhaust systems for the automotive and powersports industries. Located in the heart of Muskoka, MBRP has always been an employer of choice. We are looking for a Production Packer. This position is on-site and operates on a continental 12-hour shift schedule, including both day and night shifts. AI may be used to assist in screening applications. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

- Lifting up to 45 lbs., single lift

Responsibilities
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn
- Report to your Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware, and which may endanger yourself or another worker
- Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe
- Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply
- Report to Area Leader/Team Leader
- Operate small tooling (air stapler, bag sealer, paper pack machine, vacuum lift assist, etc.)
- Perform physical lifting, bending, standing
- Accurately complete daily production paperwork
- Follow standardized work procedures & standardized quality checks
- Inspect for basic quality issues
- Accurately count parts, product and/or hardware
- Palletize boxed product
- Work in a safe manner
- Transport items throughout plant using powered equipment
- Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually
- Check and weigh materials and products
- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and production
