Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Comfort supporting overtime needs when required
• Commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop
• Ability to complete training courses as determined by management
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing JSAs and safety procedures, checking that guards at your station are in place and functioning.
• Continuously inspect finished bags before packing into cartons; communicate quality issues to the bag line operator right away.
• Weigh and number each case, complete the required documentation, and keep records accurate.
• Stack packed product on pallets evenly and correctly to maintain stability and order.
• Partner closely with the Converting Operator on all roll changes and jump in for additional support as assigned.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and record findings.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe from start to finish.
