Production Packaging Operator
About The Position
Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Packaging Operator for a light-industrial production and warehouse environment in Greenville, Texas. The role supports daily operations by handling production, packing, sorting, staging, and general warehouse tasks. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, teamwork, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The position may require standing throughout 12-hour shifts and performing repetitive tasks while following work instructions and supervisor directions. The schedule alternates every other month between day shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.) and night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), following a 2-2-3 schedule. Employees must be able to work every other weekend and both shifts as scheduled. Compensation is $18 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit or debit card payment options. An anticipated start date is ASAP. Ascend Staffing provides recruiter support throughout the assignment and offers benefits to eligible employees. Employment eligibility requires authorization to work legally in the United States; a pre-employment drug screen and background check may also be required.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work day and night shifts as scheduled.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a team-focused attitude.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
