About The Position
RPM Staffing is seeking Production Associates in Denton, Texas. This role is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented team players who can keep a production line moving smoothly. In this hands-on position, you will pack and prepare products with care while working alongside a supportive crew in a clean, safety-focused facility. Full on-the-job training is provided, so prior experience is not required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or packing is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility with shift schedules.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Stack and pack products securely onto pallets, ensuring stability and top-tier quality standards.
- Quickly and accurately place products into cases or containers to maintain strong production flow and hit daily targets.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to protect product integrity.
- Operate basic packaging equipment (sealers, labelers, etc.) while strictly following safety protocols.
- Team up with fellow production members to solve bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized — including thorough end-of-shift cleanup.
- Assist with inventory counts, loading, and unloading as needed.
