As we expand our operations internationally, we are seeking individuals to work alongside us at our new facility in Charlotte. Admetec Inc is now hiring Production & Packaging Associates for our new Repair Center and Manufacturing facility in Charlotte. Requirements
- Exceptional precision, thoroughness, and strong technical aptitude.
- Highly responsible, well-organized, and detail oriented.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about participating in the launch and growth of a new facility.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in production, fine assembly, or packaging strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Outlook programs (Word, Excel) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities and operations within the technical department.
- Perform fine precision tasks, delicate assembly, production operations, and packaging in according with work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards and perform final product inspections.
- Execute work in an organized, accurate, and highly meticulous manner with close attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
- Complete additional technical and operational tasks based on business needs.
