About The Position

This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role where the Production Order Picker will be the critical link between inventory and the production floor. The responsibilities include picking and staging materials for production orders, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining high accuracy and safety standards to ensure continuous production flow.

Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (often 50 lbs or more) and bend, stoop, and reach frequently
• High accuracy to meet order accuracy targets of 99% or better
• Ability to keep pace and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong safety awareness, including lockout/tagout and safe operating procedures
• Comfortable with RF scanners, warehouse management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tools like Odoo and Slack

Responsibilities

• Read production and work orders and pick the right materials in the correct quantity, using Odoo and Slack to locate them
• Stage picked material in the correct area and document every pick accurately
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Inspect picks for damage or shortages, follow FIFO/FEFO, and report inventory discrepancies to management
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards
• Support the team with restocking and loading as needed
